There is no separate editorial staff: the texts on this site are written and checked by the same people who write its code, and the selection choices are explained rather than presented as self-evident.
It answers one question — what are we watching tonight — in two or three questions: your mood, the time you have, and what is actually available where you are.
It also tells you where to watch each film and at what price, by subscription, rental or purchase, because a recommendation you cannot act on is worth nothing.
It does the same for podcasts, starting from the listening context: commute, exercise, work, falling asleep.
Films, posters, trailers and audience ratings come from TMDB. This site uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Per-platform availability and prices come from JustWatch, through TMDB. Podcast data comes from Podcast Index.
We produce no ratings of our own, and we neither pay nor are paid by any platform.
Traffic is measured with Umami, whose events pass through our own domain rather than a third-party one, and of which we keep a copy in our own database. These are counters: page views, actions in the app, country.
One single cookie is set, and only when you add a first film to your list. It holds nothing but a randomly drawn identifier, it exists to find that list again, and no script can read it.
There is no account, no password, no email address asked for, and nothing that follows you from one site to another.
